Vision:
To communicate the heart of God for the nation of New Zealand by gathering together the prophetic voices of the nation as a unified voice.
Values:
- Centrality of Christ is the most important value that we uphold.
- The ministry of the prophetic is a ministry of service to the Bride of Christ, the Local church and the nation. (1 Corinthians 12:4-6)
- Gives equal weight to all members of the trinity. Father, Son & Holy Spirit.
- All prophetic words released are to be rooted and grounded in love, even corrective and directive words.
- We are called to have the character of Christ, Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
- The ministry of the prophetic will treat all people with respect whether they are friend or foe as they were created in God’s image.
What the NZPN does:
- Comes together, acknowledging Jesus as our head, our King and leader.
- Pray together, seeking His will to be done, and His Word to be made known.
- Submits any revelation we receive, to one another in accordance with Scripture.
- Weighs and tests any prophetic words submitted to us corporately or individually.
- Provides a basis for testing words delivered to this nation by visiting ministries.
- Is a clearing house for revelation, distributing it to various groups and networks.
- Supports all spheres of society: political, business, judicial, legislative, ecclesiastic.
- Provides training to develop the prophetic ministry within churches and individuals.
Guiding Principles:
- Accountable to a multi-denominational advisory group that is anchored in the local church.
- Works in conjunction and in association with prophetic networks of other nations with the goal to see a global network come into being.
- Acceptance in the Prophetic Network is by invitation only.
- All members of the NZPN are to be in agreement with the statement of faith.
- The New Zealand Prophetic Network is not a governing body for prophetic ministries in New Zealand. We do not claim ascendancy, ownership, or authority over any prophetic ministry in New Zealand.
